Band Shoes Online offers fast same day shipping on all approved orders if received by 3:00 PM Eastern time. We ship via UPS and the USPS. Most orders will arrive in 1 to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday.
You can track your packages, but you must provide an email address to receive a tracking number. The tracking number will be generated at the end of the business day that the item was shipped. Only items shipped UPS will have a tracking number.
Due to possible UPS and USPS shipping delays please allow and extra delay for delivery in some cases.

- Orders $99 or above: FREE SHIPPING (Excludes AK, HI, and PR)

Returns
- Band Shoes Online will return or exchange only shoes in New condition. Worn shoes cannot be returned. Please make sure to try shoes on immediately upon receipt and make sure to stand on a clean surface. Soiled and worn shoes will not be issued a refund.
- There is a 30 day time limit on all exchanges and returns. No exceptions. After 30 days refunds will not be given.
- All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the Return Slip that was with your original order. Fill out the slip and include your bandshoesonline.com order number If you need a new return slip, please download the form here.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping of returns and shipping both ways on exchanges. After 30 days refunds will not be given.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns and exchanges. If the shipment was originally eligible for free shipping and the quantity returned drops the order below that minimum a restocking fee of $10 will be charged. Refused packages will be refunded less return shipping costs.
